- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Market and Client Development:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze and map out potential clients, industries, and regions for business growth.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Qualify and nurture leads to turn them into business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand their business needs and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Business Proposals: Prepare and deliver high-quality business proposals, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve individual sales targets by identifying opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals, ensuring that terms and conditions align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track business development progress, and report on key metrics to management on a regular basis.
Strategic Planning and Market Expansion:
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances that can drive business growth.
- Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain existing clients and increase customer loyalty, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided and are open to future business opportunities.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product development) to ensure that the proposed solutions meet client requirements and align with the company's capabilities.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve products/services and address client concerns.
- Team Leadership: Support junior sales staff and team members by providing guidance, training, and assistance in managing the sales process.
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management, including sales activity reports, market analysis, and progress on key business development initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and sales performance to ensure targets are met, adjusting strategies as needed to drive better results.
Additional Skills:
- Project Management: Experience managing complex projects and coordinating with various departments to deliver client solutions.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management, tracking sales progress, and reporting. Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
