Key Objectives :  Growth Strategy : Plan and build short-term and long-term strategies for the city in conjunction with the Co-Founders.   - Responsible for merchant acquisition, relationship management, marketing & transactions at the merchant site.   - Lead a team of Business Development manager, Sales managers, sales executives and relationship managers in order to achieve sales targets and improve traction with existing customers.  Relationship Management : Ensure long term and profitable relationships with business partners through effective activation's, reward and recognition programs.   Competitive Understanding : Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city. Seize opportunities to adapt pricing, talent and business model.   Building an A- Team : Responsible for hiring and managing a team that will consistently achieve / exceed growth targets.   Forecasting : Manage and own metrics that monitors the merchant acquisition and transactions at the merchant sites  Cross-functional approach : Directly coordinate with all support functions including product, marketing and analytics.   Skills required (Analytical Skills, Hiring, Team Management, Soft Skills, Vernacular language expertise) :   - Strong analytical skills for forecasting and reporting  - A clear vision for executing strategies  - Obsession to process, Implementation of Six Sigma in the past can be an advantage.   - Had effectively managed a large team in the past and can guide the team towards goal setting and monitoring.   Education & Experience :   Education/Qualification : MBA  - Experience in managing a fast paced business system.
