Brief: Driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic. Leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring effective market penetration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated zone.

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Ensure effective implementation of sales and pricing policies in alignment with company objectives.

- Coordinate with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management review.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
