Senior Manager - Key Account Management/Sales
Role Objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to own P&L for a set of accounts and/or Hunt for new accounts and lead a team of 2-3 Operations & BD personnel.
Role Responsibilities :
- P&L - Account Management and/or Hunting - Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rates
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Work Experience :
- 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise/ B2B sales, Account management, Industrial sales.
- Knowledge of/prior experience in Chennai markets and fluency in Tamil (good to have)
Education : B.tech & MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
