Role Objective :

- To maximize the categories' sales and profit and achieve sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace.

- This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter with a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.

Role Responsibilities :

- Driving overall health of the Category - Financial, operational

- Analyzing GMV growth, marketing spends and gross margin on sale

- Assortment Planning - Brand and Label

- Driving Top line growth MoM in line with the targets

- Driving Operational metrics through Vendor Management team.

- Generating bottom-line through Ad sales - Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team)

- Brand and Key Supplier Strategic partnerships and Relations

Work Experience :

a) 5-7 years of work experience in similar profile

b) Experience in onboarding and managing vendors

Knowledge/ Skills :

a) Excellent communication skills

b) High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

c) High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets

Education : MBA from reputed institute
