Role Objective:
- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who own end to end brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation for business verticals serving enterprise customers.
- A high visibility role within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
2. Execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
3. To drive Lead Generation Campaigns for business verticals - Google Ads, Email, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
4. Develop Sales Collateral development for enterprise marketing - decks, brochures, cases studies, blogs, authored articles, press releases, website content.
5. Ownership of marketing for multiple portfolio solutions
6. Drive monthly content and campaign calendar and review process.
7. Manage budget and report on ROI.
8. Own enterprise website performance metrics and maintenance and development projects
9. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
10. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
11. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
12. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Work Experience :
5+ years of relevant experience B2B Marketing.
Knowledge/ Skills :
1. Great Project and Program Management skills
2. Basic understanding of manufacturing sector, supply chain, procurement Essential
3. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
