Roles & Responsibilities

(a) Lead acquisition of clients for debt syndication, overseeing due diligence processes, company research, and financial analysis to assess creditworthiness.

(b) Assist in raising debt-funds through Banks/Non-Banking Financial Companies/Financial Institutions.

(c) Identify investors/lenders and originate fundraising process.

(d) Good knowledge of handling Debt/Liability management for the company

(e) Experience in structuring and executing various structured finance deals including securitization

Qualification:

- 3-7 yrs of experience in debt raise, debt syndication.

- CA/MBA from a reputed institute
