Manager - Customer Success Role Objective: - The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be driving Customer Success for SME Online business. - The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills that contribute towards the success of the organization. - A high visibility&nbsp; within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large-scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions. Role Responsibilities: - Own &amp; lead end-to-end responsibility of Online Order management and Customer Success for SME Online business (being the internal face and custodian of Customer)Improving the customer experience through problem identification and program management of new solutions. - Improving the customer experience through problem identification and program management of new solutions. - Ensuring within TAT deliveries by closely working on Logistics, Supplier Operations and Order Management teams. - Develop Online operations strategy and drive the ex- cution while liaisioning with Sales &amp; Category team - Set-up standard operating processes and drive them that result in improving the key metrics that drive Customer NPS - Ensuring continuous performance improvement in Online business operations by using data and analytics. Key Stakeholders: Internal : Online Sales &amp; Category teams - Key Stakeholder management Supply, Supply chain &amp; Warehouse Teams - Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders &amp; Customer NPS Finance, Technology &amp; HR - For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members. External: Customers As required Qualification &amp; Experience Essential/ Desirable: Work Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience in Operations/ Order management/ Customer Success in E-commerce industry. Knowledge/ Skills : - Excellent communication &amp; people management skills - Ability to setup and operations &amp; bring automation through the use of technology Essential - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment - Excellent data/analytical skills. Data-driven approach towards problem solving is required Education : B. Tech (Essential) &amp; MBA (preferred from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes.
