Job Profile :

The incumbent will be expected to lead the sales and Vendor Development functions for Moglix in the Western zone.

- Hunting Activities

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Managing metrics like #Customers, GMV, Profitability, #Categories addressed, %SOB

Account Management :

- Maintaining a healthy business relationship with the key partners as key accounts

- Ensuring all operational and issues are resolved in the process of partnership

- Customers, GMV, Profitability, Categories addressed, %SOB

- Ensuring Delivery in Full on Time

Vendor Development :

- On-boarding new vendors on Moglix platform online as well as offline sales

- Developing a team of field executives to drive fast results

- Managing metrics like #brands, #SKUs and #vendors/brand

- Ensuring 100% fulfillment rate for all the orders

- Program managing across the teams to ensure adherence to SLAs

Other Functions :

- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time

- Recruit, develop and train a team of talented workforce

Desired profile :

- 2-5 years of institutional/ B2B sales experience

- Post Graduate in Management / MBA from premier institutes only in Sales & Marketing

- Highly motivated and sales oriented with go-getter and never give-up attitude

- Outgoing, inclined to socializing, networking in business events, professional set up

- Multi-tasking with skills in Marketing, Brand development, agency relations, external communications expertise

- Willingness and interest in working a start-up environment

- Inclination toward streamlining and simplifying process, setting up business process

- Sets goals and drives to their fulfillment. Takes responsibility for his/her actions and for outcomes related to their actions (or inactions). Wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
