Role Objective -
The candidate will be responsible for meeting end to end Talent acquisition needs of the organization.
He/ she shall oversee planning, developing, and implementing new and productive TA strategy for the organisation. As a team player he/she will be responsible for fueling the rapid growth of Moglix. The candidate is required to be process-oriented, data-driven and a recruiting leader who likes to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability.
He/she will manage stakeholders, TA reviews, negotiate with candidates, close offers and prioritize one's time in an extremely fast-paced environment
Role Responsibilities -
- Drive TA strategy and implementation in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for both Tech & Non-Tech TA
- Take care of complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding the position, JD closure, sourcing, managing interviews, offer negotiation, closure & joinings
- Independently work on critical open positions
- Strategic hiring & headhunting for senior roles
- Managing campus relationships and drive fresher hiring at all levels
- Manage an efficient and highly effective recruitment process while maintaining an uncompromisingly high-quality bar
- Using smart hiring techniques like headhunting, social hiring, campus hiring etc
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Draw meaningful insights using market intelligence and bench-marking skills
- Develop recruiting initiatives including assessments, best practices in interviewing techniques, employment brand, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
- Negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Create policies/ JDs related to TA as and when deemed necessary
- Partner effectively with recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders
- Work with marketing team to enhance Moglix employer branding
Work Experience -
- 14+ yrs of experience in talent acquisition across all levels incl. leadership hiring
- Ideally should have experience in both Tech & Non-tech hiring
- Work experience in start-ups (E-commerce) would be desirable
- Experience in headhunting, social & network hiring
- Experience in Tier 1 campus hiring & off-campus volume hiring
Knowledge/Skills -
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things
from scratch, high emotional intelligence
- Strong sense of personal ownership and 'bias for action'
- Strong stakeholder management & multi-tasking capabilities
- Well versed in TA metrics - which metrics to track, how to benchmark to market, how to drive actionable insights from these metrics
- Ability to analyze data to identify high-impact initiatives to meet TA mandates
- Speed & timeline orientation
- Excellent communication & people management skills
Education -
Graduation & MBA (Full Time - can be Executive MBA) from Tier 1 institute
