Moglix - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Private Label Business

Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to lead the P&L for a private label (FMEG vertical).

Job Responsibilities:

- Owning the formulation and implementation of the private label strategy.

- Identifying the right product mix, and overall product strategy

- Managing relationships across E-com, Modern trade and distribution channel

- Preparation and execution of Annual business plan

- Owning the P&L, Sales and Profitability KPIs

Education & Qualification:

- 5-8 years of relevant category experience in FMEG from Manufacturing/ E-commerce

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking, uses data to inform decisions

- Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation

- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
