Role Objective:
The profile requires working with the business leaders to formulate & achieve the sales strategy for their BUs & enhance the value proposition to our customers. A client facing role, which gives an opportunity to touch every part of the business, map out all of the business drivers, and help drive sales operations across the Business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Devise sales strategy for getting relevant B2B customers, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts
- Using Analytics and Market intelligence to enhance our value proposition for each customer & work towards ensuring increase in 'Share of business' across accounts & drive sales & operations across accounts pan-India
- Uncover areas in our target customer domain where we can add more value through our product offerings
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Analyze data to extract information which needs to be present to senior stakeholders for value selling
- Cross-functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives across the BUs - Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations & results through a rigorous data driven process
Experience & Qualification:
At least 3 +years of post-MBA work experience in role such as KAM, Sales Consulting, Strategy etc
- Work ex in domains such as Account Management, Supply chain transformation, B2B commerce, digital transformation would be preferred
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence
- Strong sense of personal ownership and 'bias for action
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier -1/2) institute
