Role Objective :
- To manage and successfully drive strategic accounts consisting of multiple business line for procurement and supply chain fulfilments, while achieving targets against the KPIs as per the system. This is a team management role and demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.
- The business requires acumen to disrupt the traditional supply chain and procurement process bring in a more organized way of transaction. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contributing towards the success of the organization
Role Responsibilities :
- P&L responsibility for strategic accounts achieving revenue targets and margin improvement
- Strategic Account Management/ Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Experience & Qualification :
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management & Operations in Supply chain consulting/ 3PL
- Startup experience would be an added advantage.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Excellent in communication & people management skills
- B.Tech (pref). & MBA from a Tier 1/ 2 institute
