Role Objective :

We are looking for a techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to manage the team and take care of large procurement set up.

Role Responsibilities:

- Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring timely procurement

- Ensure all Procurement process is followed as per governing mechanism

- Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay

- Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+

- Assisting sales team to achieve monthly sales target

- Growing sales share in the key accounts

- Monitoring and prepare Daily Reports and MIS

Qualification & Experience :

Work Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sourcing / indirect procurement of MRO products in B2B Manufacturing space (Experience in Process Industry is preferred)

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional

Education

- B.Tech & MBA from Tier 2/3 institute
