Sr. Manager- Sales (Solution/Consultative)- Packaging
Role Objective :
To manage and successfully onboard strategic accounts (through solution/ consultative sales) consisting of multiple business line for procurement and supply chain fulfilments, while achieving targets against the KPIs as per the system. This is a team management role and demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. The business requires acumen to disrupt the traditional supply chain and procurement process bring in a more organized way of transaction.
Role Responsibilities :- Getting relevant B2B customers on board through solution sales, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts (Packaging/ Non Packaging space)
- Strategic Account Management/ Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Education & Experience :- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management through consultative/solution sales.
- Excellent in communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Startup experience would be an added advantage.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- B.Tech (pref). & MBA from a Tier 1/2
