Role Objective:

The profile requires working with the business heads to achieve company's short- and long-term strategic objectives. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required to multi-task, conceptualize, connecting with new & existing clients, have attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines while aggregating and interpreting data.

Role Responsibilities -

- Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts (Packaging space).

- Cross functional & key stakeholder management (both external & internal) to drive packaging revenue

- Monitoring & driving all organizational KPIs that are critical for the Business Unit

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.


- Maintaining and building on Moglix relationship and advice, on ways to deliver value from the product.

Experience & Qualification:

- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales (B2B), Account management & Operations in Enterprise/ Packaging space

- Startup experience would be an added advantage. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- Excellent in communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- B.Tech (pref). & MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute/ IIP
