Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contributing towards the success of the organization
Role Responsibilities:
- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Close sales deals with CXO level stakeholders. Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Participate in relevant regional events by Industry bodies like CII, ACMA etc and network with the relevant stakeholders
- Onboarding new enterprise clients (interact with CPOs , Procurement managers and pitch Moglix Enterprise Solutions)
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales
Essential: Consultative Sales experience would be preferred. Any experience of CX level selling esp in Manufacturing/ Industrial sector clients would be preferred
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills
Essential:
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Good understanding of Supply chain & Operations. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies
- Should have worked in the region and have familiarity with the regional nuances. Well networked with different industries
Education:
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes
