Roles & Responsibilities :
- Devise sales strategy for getting relevant B2B customers, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
- Using Analytics and Market intelligence to enhance our value proposition for each customer & work towards ensuring increase in 'Share of business' across accounts & drive sales & operations across accounts PAN India.
- Uncover areas in our target customer domain where we can add more value through our product offerings.
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Analyze data to extract information which needs to be present to senior stakeholders for value selling.
- Cross-functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives across the BUs
- Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations & results through a rigorous data driven process
Education :
MBA from Top B-Schools (Mandatory)
Work Experience :
- At least 3 years of post-MBA work experience in role, such as KAM, Sales Consulting, Strategy etc. Work exp in Account Management, B2B commerce, digital transformation would be preferred.
