Senior Manager - Operations - Enterprise

Role Objective :

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. Drive operational efficiency within the team leading to high customer NPS, revenue growth and bottom line growth

Role Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving operational KPIs within the team through entire order processing journey

- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS

- Acknowledge and supervise processing of customer purchase orders and schedules within defined TAT

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Ensure orders are fulfilled on time in Full by supply partners and setting processes to enable the same

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables

- Keep track and Report key metric related to order fulfillment/AR/AP

Qualification & Experience :

- 3-6 years of experience in fulfillment operations in B2B or E-commerce/ B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills

- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
