Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
Role Responsibilities
- Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing/farming key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Drive customer NPS and manage key customer relationships by driving value
- Should be able to grow accounts by driving Moglix value proposition
- P&L management of accounts handled
- End to end responsibility from order to fulfillment for key accounts
- Role would require travelling to customer location
Work Experience :
4+ years (At lease 2+ years post MBA in sales and operations) in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors.
Start-up experience would be an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills
Exposure in concept selling with Large and multiple engagement
Education :
B. Tech - Premier institutes
MBA - (Tier-1/2)
