Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to category development - Add new suppliers/ key accounts, Negotiate with suppliers (in Pipes like HDPE/MS) for better margins and credit terms.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing strategically a network of suppliers/ key accounts in Pipes
- Managing supplier / key accounts relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation for key accounts.
- Building Supplier/ Key Accounts tie ups
- Industry experience with EPCs/ Major OEM customers
- Closure of RFQ's from customers within Turnaround Time at an order winning rate.
- Setting up of Process strategically in sourcing for infra customer to meet requirements.
- Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay
- Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+
Qualification & experience:
- 8+ years of experience in category management, vendor, key accounts management for Infra. / OEM customers products like Pipes- MS/ HDPE
- Experience of Pipes products, exposure with EPC players.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills
- B. Tech, MBA from Tier 1/2/3 institute
