Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up a 0-1 Journey in the Green Hydrogen Ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities:
- Value Chain Expertise: Understand and manage the entire green hydrogen value chain, from production to distribution and end-use applications
- Electrolyser Technology: Lead initiatives related to electrolyser technology, including design, implementation, and optimization of hydrogen production plants in the future
- Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of green hydrogen projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Biomass to Hydrogen: Leverage knowledge of biomass conversion processes to enhance green hydrogen production capabilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations regarding hydrogen production and environmental standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, industry partners, and research institutions to promote green hydrogen initiatives
- Project Management: Manage projects related to green hydrogen production, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, addressing challenges in hydrogen production and technology implementation
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on green hydrogen technologies and best practices
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in the hydrogen production industry, with a focus on electrolysis and biomass-to-hydrogen technologies
- Experience in business development or strategy within the renewable energy sector
- Understanding of financing mechanisms and business models for green hydrogen projects
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to execution, including budget management and resource allocation
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrolyser systems, hydrogen production processes, and renewable energy integration. Proficiency in process engineering, system optimization, and performance analysis
- Knowledge of Biomass Technologies: Familiarity with biomass conversion processes for hydrogen production
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
