Role Objective:

We are looking for a candidate who would love to solve complex business problems in B2B E-Commerce, Supply chain or Procurement space using data insights, sharp analytical skills & business acumen. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.

Role Responsibilities:

- The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp analytical skills for coordination across functions with the objective of fulfillments of orders from national key accounts.

- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Plan, execute and monitor the customer excellence operations with the objective of reducing delivery TATs

- He needs to handle 1-2 executives (if reqd.), who're responsible for coordination across functions.

Experience & Qualification:

- B2B background preferred with min 2-4 years of prior program management experience

- Handled central program management role in E-commerce

- Excellent in Excel/ advanced Excel and SQL

- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situation

- B.Tech (Tier- 1/2)

- MBA (Tier-1/2)
