Role Objective :

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent would be expected to do Supplier development - add new suppliers, negotiate with current suppliers for signing ARC signing, VMI, better margins and credit terms. This role requires understanding and in-depth knowledge of Indirect purchase categories used in Chemical and Pharma industry and sound awareness of market dynamics.

Role Responsibilities :

- Manage the supplier & price discovery process across multiple accounts that TAAS team has converted and continuous improvement on sourcing process across Moglix

- Build data-backed models to use Rate Contract data received from clients and provide intelligence to complete sourcing team for negotiating with suppliers.

- Develop Chemical and Pharma industry-specific sourcing intelligence, new supplier/product innovations.

- Cross functional team coordination with Business Development, Customer's Purchase teams, Central Procurement team and Local Sourcing teams to achieve the goal of submitting competitive and timely data analysis.

- Get relevant suppliers quotes, negotiate, and start relationship for Price analysis and conversion to favourable delivery and credit terms.

- Monitor and report progress regularly to business development team.

- Identify & develop standard processes that address business development requirements.

- Develop innovative approaches to review effectiveness of procurement analysis.

- Improvement of TAT in customer Purchase data analysis.

- Build a purchase database of indirect items for scaling up and improving TAT

Work Experience : 5-8 years of experience in similar profile or indirect procurement in Chemical and Pharma manufacturing industry.

Education :

- Graduation from a reputed institute
