Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. A hunter - onboard new clients, can maintain strong relationships with the existing one. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

Role Responsibilities:

- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partner.

- Growing sales share in the key accounts

- Steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.

- Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+

- Leading sales team to achieve monthly sales target

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Apparel Industry preferable in domestic brand or retailer.

- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets

- Willingness to travel across India to various Clients and Factories

- Excellent understanding of garment manufacturing process

- NIFT / Pearl -Graduate/ PG
