Role objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for steel as a raw material across manufacturers. Driven sales for manufacturers requiring flat products, long products, structures etc.
- Get relevant accounts on board by building own customer base, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts by managing the end-to-end sales cycle within defined timeline
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. Regularly updating data for tracking and analysis
- Help distinctively position Moglix's USP in terms of raw material selling to ensure deal closures
- Driving overall health of the steel business with respect to financial worthiness of the client
- Driving top-line growth MoM in line with the targets
- Communicating with top level management/executives/decision makers of the targeted organizations
Work Experience
2-5 years of work experience in selling steel as a commodity
Experience in handling B2B Sales
Knowledge/ Skills
Excellent communication skills, Zeal for growth
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
Education
Graduation (pref. B Tech)
MBA from a reputed institute
