Manager - Steel Buisness
Role Objective: We are looking for sales and professionals from steel industry who have experience in dealing with clients from EPC/manufacturing clients.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Set up vertical vision and goal along with the right strategy formulation
- Hire and build team members including the functional heads, line heads and key leaders
- Develop client relationships, business contracts to build sales pipeline.
- Work closely with other internal functions to streamline operations.
- Exposure and hands on experience in contract manufacturing business or function in an OEM for 6-8 years.
- Excellent leadership skill demonstrated in building and managing business grounds up with ability to set clear business objectives and execute.
- Relevant Industry contacts, relationships, knowledge at preferably in the decision making levels at OEMs and Supplier network
- Excellent sales and business development skill set to build clientele and partner network
- Strong techno-commercial management skills with a proven track record of managing technical aspects of contract manufacturing
- Passion and ability to work hard to deliver results in fast paced environments
- Go-getter mindset, hunger to succeed and hands-on approach to lead from the front to build and scale business
- Excellent communication skill and language skills in English
Work Experience:- 8+ years of experience in driving sales with a large team size.
- Sales exp in Water treatment, Electronics & White goods, Defence & Aerospace & Apparels will be preferred
Education: Graduate degree in Engineering and MBA (preferred)
