Role Objective:
The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales profession to head the team managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through call calling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth for the business unit.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners
- Responsible for maximizing sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales
- Working with Product Team for product improvement to improve sales.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and important business metrics against given targets
- Maintain a comprehensive customer cohort dashboard and manage high quality CRM
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants and work closely with them while closing sales
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Education & Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in Inside / Category Sales background B2B/ E-comm. industry
- Knowledge and experience in new customer acquisition through cold calling
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation
- Good knowledge of Excel & spread sheets.
- B.tech+ MBA from a Tier 2/3
