Manager - Project Management & Data Analytics

Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and Supply central operations. etc.

Responsibilities:

- Extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and operations spanning all area and present in the form of reports and insights

- Design and measure operational Supply KPIs (like Gross margins, Business Volumes, Sourcing Activities TAT, etc.) and keep on improving them time-to-time

- Good understanding of Systems and Processes; able to define, articulate and implement processes in a fast-paced environment without much supervision

- Excellent (4.5+/5) working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word and related relevant softwares (Power Bi, Tableau etc.)

- Project and Program Management Experience - Strong experience handling multiple projects and programs, creative value delivery systems and managing stakeholders

- Create Analytics (informative) reports/dashboards for communicating actionable information to team members and presentation of high-level insights/MIS to the management

- Constantly strive to improve processes and metrics from data by deriving insightful analysis; Support cross-functional stakeholders in understanding and improving these metrics

- Understands data reporting and structuring, and can communicate data analysis to larger audience with clarity

- Forward-player: Able to take lead in internal meetings with minimal supervision and able to drive high impact meetings with multiple related or non-related stakeholders

Work Experience :

- 2-3 years in role of Project/Program Management

- Experience in data management in complex organizations

Education:

- BTECH (Any branch) from a Tier 2 institute

- MBA - desired but not essential
