Manager- Export Vendor Partnerships
Role required skills:
1) Hunting skills - to establish strong supplier base
2) Export- manufacturing background experience (from- textile/ Packaging/ Fabrication industry).
Role Objective:We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant B2B suppliers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts. Build supplier base and get SKU details for catalogue from industry manufacturers.
Role Responsibilities:- Hunter Instinct: Identify and hunt new suppliers (export) as clients and strategic partners
- Strategize entry across industrial segments (textile, Packaging, Fabrication) and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the export sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
Qualification & Experience:- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an export supplier from Packaging/ textile/ Fabrication industry
- Should Know, how to start from scratch with a 0-1 approach of business.
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in communication skills with good excel knowledge
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
- MBA+ B.tech from a reputed college
