Role Objective
To manage and successfully drive an SBU consisting of multiple product categories over an E- commerce-driven channel, while achieving targets against the KPIs as per the system. This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. Nurture Enterprise - customers and convert them to consistent key accounts
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, and ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
Role Responsibilities
- Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills in managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Own & grow the P&L for business in a particular region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management
- Visit customers regularly and generate demand and ensure users and purchasers at plants.
- Maintain and develop data for sales growth and margin improvement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations and order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS.
- Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables, and payables
- Ensure complete sanity in AR, and work on pendency with account-wise reconciliation.
- Team handling capability along with maintaining customer relationship
Qualification and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management & Operations in Manufacturing, and Consultative sales & Account management experience is preferred.
