Role Objective:
The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts. He/ She will handle P&L for the entire Western region as well as new initiatives within Infra. & PSU vertical.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing entire P&L inclusive of Topline and Bottomline metrics
- Strategy for growth in disrupting the sector
- Large Customer Acquisition and execution
- End to end Customer Value Delivery. 0 to 1 strategic initiatives being piloted
- Formulating business plan for development and growth of the organization through branding & customer positioning.
- Steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Ramping up internal systems including supply chain, customer success etc
- Managing entire team of Sales + Sourcing + KAMs + Ops
- Building high degree of partnership with customers and Suppliers
Experience & Education:
- 6-11 years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B segment.
- Infrastructure Sector Experience is a great add -on
- Handled large P&L and led large teams
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Exposure from industries like EPC, Construction, Real Estate etc. are required
- Hustler attitude and a zeal to get things done
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
