Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of sales & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (Telangana-AP) with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management

- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations & order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth & positively impacting Customer NPS

- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

Experience & Qualification:

-7+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in -B2B/ Industrial space. Consultative sales experience will be preferred

-Excellent communication & people management skills

-Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

-Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets

-B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
