Role Objective:
Centrally devise, execute and monitor operations blueprint with the objective of attaining accelerated growth for diverse business units.
Role Responsibilities:
- Devise a central review mechanism to ensure visibility against all critical business & financial KPIs.
- Uncover areas in our target customer domain where we can add more value through our product offerings.
- Plan and execute operations rhythm for different businesses, with responsibility of sales operations, order fulfilment and customer success targets.
- Identify alignment gaps with different team, and drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration.
- Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions.
- Using data analytics and market intelligence to enhance our value proposition.
- Set-up SOPs and drive them through training and reinforcement; that results in improving the key metrics that drive Customer NPS
Qualification & Experience:
- 10+ years of exp. in P&L or account management or business operations
- B2B/ Industrial/Packaging/ Distribution experience would be preferred though not a must
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence
- Strong sense of personal ownership and bias for action
- Demonstrated ability to drive large scale operations and work with multiple senior stakeholder
- Good communication & data analytical skills
- B.Tech & MBA from a premier institutes (Tier1/ 1.5)
