Role Objective :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new marketing challenges. The incumbent will be expected to implement and managing all digital strategy, online engagement, and new customer acquisition.
Role Responsibilities :
- Create overall marketing strategy including digital, content, and brand for assigned business verticals
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of all enterprise marketing initiatives.
- Enable the corporate and commercial sales teams with marketing assets and tools to help open doors and develop opportunities.
- Understand the buyer's journey for enterprise accounts and develop the personalization strategy for campaign and web messaging.
- Build and scale up sales funnel of inbound leads
- Strategize and scale effective email marketing / paid search/display/social campaigns to meet lead generation targets
- Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from spending.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing. Copy writing skills to ensure a quick turnaround with web changes, social media requests, and campaigns when required.
Experience & Qualification :
- Marketing professional having experience of 6 to 9 years in digital marketing, strong knowledge of fintech and supply chain.
- B2B digital marketing experience with Working knowledge of email marketing, web development, social platforms, customer segmentation methodology, and engagement analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both business and technical situations.
- Understanding of various online paid and organic marketing channels (Like - Ad words, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, email, SEM, contextual, affiliate, etc)
- B.tech+ MBA- Tier1/2 college
