Moglix is looking for someone who will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, growing the Custom manufacturing business by getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
Role Responsibilities.
- Drive Sales in fabrication space by pitching to relevant EPC, project customers and converting them into key, consistent accounts
- Understand key value drivers for the customer & devise new product offerings
- Plan, execute and monitor operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business
- Driving ops & project execution to ensure customer NPS
- Running zero to one strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams including supply chain, customer success etc. to ensure business KPIs are met
- Leading & coaching a team of sales and operations resources
Qualification & Experience
Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development in Fabrication/EPC space
- Understanding of manufacturing set up and operations is a must
- Team management experience is a must
Knowledge/Skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Deep understanding of custom manufacturing space
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
Education
- B.Tech + MBA
