Role Objective :
The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. This is a leadership role, heading 3 verticals of CS - Credlix, Infra and AR. Role of CS is to manage day to day Ops for these verticals and ultimate objective of best- in-industry Customer Experience.
Role Responsibilities :
- Develop Operations strategy and drive the execution while liaisioning with business owners
- Managing the Suppliers Pick up Plan and ensure that Pick up SLA's are met.
- Coordinating with teams for End to End Order Status from Supplier Pickups with Delivery (Order Life Cycle).
- Ensure excellent internal communication with business units and Customer Service team to help foster a customer-centric culture.
- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the business by using data and analytics
- Coordinate with Warehouse team and ensure timely deliveries to Customers with accurate supporting documents
- Minimize and manage returns/Rejections: close all registered cases within stipulated timeframe.
Education & Qualification :
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Operations/ customer Success from B2B/ Logistics background
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, inter- personal and time management skills
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills
- B.Tech & MBA (Tier 1)
