Role Objective:
To identify cross-border expansion avenues for Credlix by creating new product offerings, competitive benchmarking, and exploring entry into new geographies.
The role requires a high caliber person with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of sales acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with partners in Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Receivables Finance, Invoice Discounting, e-invoicing, to provide faster, reliable and more efficient cross boarder payments.
- Building relations with financial intermediaries, Banks and CFO/CEO
- Educate customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.
- Get relevant customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Work closely with cross functional teams consisting of product, operations and finance to fine tune process and create robust SOPs
Key Stakeholders :
Internal :
- Legal teams - To ensure compliance requirements are fully met
- Regional business teams - For monitoring customer experience for regional customers having operations across
External :
Customers - Hunting, Farming & Account Management
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Fintech / NBFC background
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Well networked in Fintech space & should be able to negotiate well with stakeholders on all terms & conditions
Education:
- Graduation from a reputed institute Essential
- MBA Tier 1 institutes Desirable
