Role Objective:

- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant B2B customers(RMC Category) on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.

- The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry. Should have good experience in Infra. Projects (RMC).

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead & strategize the sales for RMC category.

- Build and Drive customer relationships to increase revenue of the category

- Conceptualizing and implementing strategies for building up category

- Ability to influence outcomes in terms of customer and supplier interactions

- Ability to champion and influence cause of team within Cross Functional Teams and Leadership

- Influencer Reach outs and ability to hustle towards achieving goal

- Build a sales team to increase business

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience of handling sales in RMC companies 12+ years

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Sales exp of Infra projects like EPC, Roads, Real Estate

- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets

- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 2/3 institute
