Mogae Media - Senior Manager - Programmatic Sales

- We're looking for a passionate and experienced programmatic sales expert to launch and manage our programmatic offering.

- You'll be required to manage our smart ads & programmatic sales on boarding demand partners, such as DSPs, advertising networks, RTB advertising exchanges and agency trading desks. You will be given significant revenue responsibilities.

- The candidate must have proven experience with ad exchanges, agency sales, and programmatic technology. This role will also have direct association to the Brand sales team to work closely on developing integrated plans. - Exceed established sales revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Prospect, Present, Negotiate, Close and assist on execution of our smart ads & programmatic sales programs

- Collaborate with and support our national sales team sales efforts

- Evangelize programmatic and Audience offerings to DSP, brands, agencies or trading desks

- Extensive rolodex of agency, trading desk, DSPs and brand relationships

- Exhibit an understanding of the current mobile ads & programmatic online ecosystem

- Leverage Mogae 1st party data and DMP solutions to drive programmatic direct and indirect revenues

- Assist in the development of sales collateral and positioning

- Act as the voice and face of our Digital ads & programmatic initiatives in the market and industry communities

- Drive Programmatic revenue on agency hub.

- Build, maintain and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Networks and other demand sources.

- Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to guide our overall strategies.
