Customer Success Account Manager :
MoEngage India Pvt Ltd is tech company based in Bangalore and San Francisco, focused on solving the problem of retention and engagement in mobile apps. Studies show that 4 out of 5 Apps are never opened more than once. We are building an User Analytics and Engagement platform to solve this growing need by helping app companies deliver individual-level personalised interactions (big data personalisation at scale).
Currently we work with most of the top consumer-internet companies in India across E-commerce, Travel, Hospitality, etc.
The Customer Success Manager will proactively engage and support the customers to provide strategic solutions to them to develop an understanding of the products within MoEngage.
What you will be doing :
- Onboard closed leads with Integration support.
- Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer.
- Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEngage Platform.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand the technical requirements of a customer and create a proposal best suited to their needs.
- Work with different teams like Sales, Business development, technical, etc.
- Be a Product Evangelist, consulting the top internet companies on their growth.
Skills :
- 2 Years of working with Clients or managed accounts.
- Understanding of the Mobile Ecosystem & App Marketing
- Experience is Customer Success or Support Engineer role is a + point.
- SaaS experience is must. + for B2B experience.
- Take ownership of the relationship post sales and grow the customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
