Drive on-ground operations for the Wellness business for Reliance by on-boarding brands and increase sales through offline channels
- Forge the identified Indian and International players, articulating the defined win-win value propositions
- Implement and own partnership frameworks
- Have responsibility for growing the offline wellness business in India, through a host of offline initiatives
- Define & implement store-in-store framework, merchandising, assortment and marketing plan for stores
- Drive sales (cross-sell and up-sell of products) based on consumer purchase pattern
- Refine and evolve the brand partnerships basis ongoing feedback
- Experience in driving wellness category, in General Trade sales or Trade marketing, of a products company in India (e.g., GNC) with a strong channel presence
- Managed area sales targets and delivered growth or shown evidence of healthy business building
Specific Skill Set
- Has a good understanding of customer segments and strategy execution
- Good people leader - ability to handle teams
