Drive strategy thinking for the Beauty/Wellness business for Reliance by

- On-boarding brands

- Defining brand positioning

- Increasing sales

- Forge the identified Indian and International players, articulating the defined win-win value propositions

- Implement and own partnership frameworks

- Refine and evolve the brand partnerships basis ongoing feedback

- Experience in driving beauty/wellness vertical with strong exposure to building/on-boarding brands

- Managed sales targets and delivered growth or shown evidence of healthy business building

- Preferably has on-boarded and managed beauty /wellness international players
