Responsible for executing Reliance's value proposition for chronic therapy areas of pharmacos
- Delivering win-win partnerships with pharmacos
- Improve S&M productivity by enabling data availability at chemist level
- Expand partnership scope by implementing strategic opportunities e.g., reach to T3/4 cities, new drug launches
- Look out for new partners to on-board
- Support development of key offerings like chronic patient / doctor engagement to drive pharmaco sales
- Work with the Supply Chain lead to ensure supply chain benefits are captured and passed onto the PharmaCos
Pharmaco India head minus 2 level, handling sales and marketing for the chronic division, with credibility& reputation in the industry
- Ideally has worked with 1-2 top pharmacos and has a well established network/relationships in the industry at senior levels
- Experience of having worked in marketing and business development functions
- Has consistently delivered impact - sales growth, geography expansion, new drug launches etc.
Specific Skill Set
- Well networked in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferably has a broad understanding of supply chain metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations
- Good negotiator - will be able to extract higher margins from pharmacos backed by the value proposition
