Job Description :

- Driving Prepaid, post-paid and data-device sell through modern trade channel partner's retail outlets.

- Responsible for the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Responsible for business profitability with good business hygiene.

- Manage primary and secondary sales activities.

- Set strategies at all level for customer satisfaction.

- Maximize product sale of the company within allotted territory.

- Analyzing sales data and developing business plan in line with overall strategy.

- Increasing brand share across all brands.

- Doing regular market visit.

- Handling team of 20 promoters

- Assigning and monitoring of daily weekly and monthly sales target and achievement of all promoters on different parameters.

- Providing sales and product knowledge training to all Promoters.

- Providing training on newly implemented procedures by the organisation.

- Identifying and tracking of training needs of all retail outlets.

- Planning and preparation of training calendar/schedule for present as well as newly joined employees.

- Establish and maintain relationship with retail store.

- Scheme communication and product updates to the retail store.

- Support in escalation handling.

- Responsible for Brand visibility at all stores.

- Responsible for stock availability at all stores.

- Tracking Competition activity.

- Initiate new options for increasing revenue.
