A. KRA:
Essential
1. Opening new /closed accounts with all category the company is present in.
2. Meeting month on month volume objective.
3. Managing channel partners and ensuring 90 plus fill rate with team.
4. Controlling spend with budgeted amounts.
5. NPI on time and with budgeted cost.
Desirable
1. Expansion of category and shelf share in designated national accounts.
2. Suggestion of new introduction in collaboration with account.
3. Innovative consumer promotion plan and execution.
B. Soft skill
1. Pleasant personality, go getter and self-motivated. Good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a new organization.
2. Having entrepreneurial instinct for business development.
C. Experience
1. Total experience of 10 years plus of which at least 5 years in FMCG Foods handling organized retail.
Familiarity with key persons in trade.
2. Food category handling experience in MT, familiarity with category management, promotion handling and key accounting-BD.
D. Education
1. Graduate, preferably post graduate in management from reputed institute.
2. Excellent communication skill both verbal and written.
3. Well groomed by some professional national distribution company of mid/large size.
Preferably males.
