Modello - Chief Technology Officer - IIT/NSIT/DCE/NIT

We're looking for a highly motivated & self-driven techie to join our team as a CTO to build delightful products across mobile & web platforms.

- Responsibilities include managing the tech side of the product including web & mobile apps, building the product, and hiring & nurturing developers. Owning technology at the company - technical architecture, design, performance, security and scalability.Someone who is crazy about taking that startup plunge.

Preferred candidates with engineering from Top Engineering Colleges like IITs/NSIT/DCE/NITs

Skills Required:

- 2-6 years Android / Web/iOS development experience

- Maintain coding best practices

Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:

- Android SDK Java, JSON, XML, REST, Node js

- Front-End + MongoDB experience would be a huge plus.

- OO programming and design patterns

- Integration with APIs and third-party libraries

- Caching strategies and memory management skills

- UI optimization for multiple screens

- Willingness to take responsibility for projects and determine their trajectory

- An ability to quickly learn new technologies

- An eye for detail no matter how small or big to delight users

- Enjoy experimenting and trying new things

Minimum Qualifications:

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Relevant 2-6 years of experience.

- Ability to create a strong working relationship with our core team.

- Driven and focused self-starter motivated to take ownership of projects

Compensation: Very attractive - Fixed + Equity
