Job Title: Business Development & Sales Head
Reports to: CEO
Location: Pune or Mumbai
Job Purpose: Business Development & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling online kids content, media & services through partnerships & direct sales to business customers such as advertisers, news media, telecom service providers & VAS intermediaries, etc
- Identifying and developing target accounts in India and overseas and position and sell Mocomi offerings
- Business Development (B2B). Build a pipeline for all the potential customers for Mocomi offerings.
- Prepare the collaterals for corporate sales
- Develop and monitor inside sales channel
- Increase revenue from the existing accounts and maintain relationships
- Responsible for all aspects of sales operations

- Knowledge of technology and the internet, especially social media and web 2.0 technologies
- Business acumen, interpersonal skills

- Developing & Maintaining Client Relationships
Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B experience of selling, creating & nurturing accounts in the online domain.
- Exposure to education sector a plus
Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
MBA/PG Marketing/Sales preferred
Personality:
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view & communicate own views to the team
