Our client is looking for a passionate, self-driven and experienced Sales & Business growth Leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

1. P & L MANAGEMENT:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Own end-to-end business development/sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets

2. SCALE & GROWTH:

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Liaise with senior management in enterprise clients to develop strategic relationships

3. DATA ORIENTATION & USER EXPERIENCE:

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Hunting and Farming key enterprise clients to deliver sales targets for technology-led service

- Gather relevant information, which may be instrumental in deciding what places to target and the penetration levels in the assigned territory.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

4. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

- Approach targeted business/ corporate clients via telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirement

Master in business administration or a related field

- 5 to 8-year experience in the same field

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager or clients acquisition or Business development & strategies Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - IIM/IIT/NIT/ISB and top colleges
