Role/ Designation: Data Analytics

Job Description: We are looking for the Data Analytics, who will help in business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations

Requirements :

- B.tech/BE (Technology or Statistics related), Master's in Business or Analytics related (preferred)

- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Expert

- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.

- Analytic and problem-solving skills, which require a practical numbers-oriented mind

- Ability to work in high-pressure roles where deadlines and bottom lines are the measures of success and heavy burdens of responsibility are the norm

- Good to have - Experience with a startup (e-commerce) in setting up the function/ team

- A self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people and ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources

- Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership and motivational skills.

- Should have strong work ethic and positive team attitude

- Strong Project Management & Coordination Skills.

Responsibilities:

- Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations

- Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results.

- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

- May collect and analyze external market data to provide benchmarks for comparison purposes.

- Presents reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning

- Willingness to stretch & work beyond role boundary

- He should be highly number driven and have good proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint, and Excel.

- Performing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs.

- This is an individual contributor role with scope for fast progression into people management roles.

- Prepare Business Plan for business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model.

Compensation: The compensation package will include 2 components :

- Equity Share (which should be the biggest motivation)

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses)

Company Profile: We are a Validation Stage startup in the daily commute technology space. Currently, we are running pilots for our key MVPs to find Product-Market Fit.
